Yes, we need running water and electricity. Tell us when booking if they won't be connected yet.
Can you clean if the movers are there?
It works best before furniture arrives. If the visit overlaps with movers, we clean around them and finish the rooms they've left.
Do you remove leftover items?
We clean, but we don't haul away furniture or trash left by the previous occupant.
