- The service
- We clean the tasks listed for your booked service and add-ons, within the booked time, using safe, reasonable methods.
- Your information
- Prices are based on the details you give us. If the home is significantly different, we'll agree any change with you before continuing.
- Access and safety
- You provide safe access, running water and electricity. Our team may decline tasks that are unsafe or outside the service.
- Liability
- Our liability is limited as described in the damage and incident procedure and the service limitations.
