Service Limitations and Exclusions
What our teams can't do, and why.
- Safety
- We don't climb above step-ladder height, move heavy furniture or clean exterior windows above ground level.
- Hazards
- We don't clean biohazards, mold remediation, pest infestations or hoarding situations without a separate assessment.
- Specialist surfaces
- Some surfaces need specialist care. Tell us about natural stone, antiques or delicate finishes before the visit.
- Re-cleans
- If a listed task wasn't done properly, tell us within 48 hours and we'll come back to finish it.
