- Missed tasks
- We come back to finish them first. If a return visit isn't possible, we refund the affected part of the visit.
- Cancelled visits
- Visits we cancel are never charged. Late-change fees are not refundable.
- How refunds are paid
- To your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days.
