How bookings are confirmed and when you pay.
- Requests and confirmations
- Online bookings with a calculated price are confirmed by email. Requests that need a quote stay pending until we send the price and you accept it.
- When you pay
- Your card is authorised when the booking is confirmed and charged after the visit.
- Recurring plans
- Each visit is charged after it happens. Plan prices apply while you keep the chosen frequency.
- Receipts
- A receipt is emailed after every payment.
